Lead Data Scientist

Overview

Lead Data Scientist role focused on end-to-end, production-grade AI/ML solutions for Data & Analytics (D&A) operations, including advanced NLP, deep learning, LLMs, and GenAI.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end data science initiatives from design through delivery with quality ownership.
• Define and refine data acquisition, transformation, quality, and workflow automation frameworks.
• Design user experiences for financial analytics pipelines integrating tools, datasets, and services.
• Own large data science projects by removing obstacles and finding creative solutions.
• Partner with domain and senior stakeholders to identify high-value problems and co-create AI/ML strategies.
• Design, build, and optimize production-grade AI models including deep learning, NLP, LLMs, and RAG.
• Establish coding standards, reproducibility, evaluation, and continuous improvement for ML development.

What you'll need

• 8–12 years of experience in data science/AI with strong ownership of complex initiatives.
• Ability to drive the AI/ML lifecycle from problem definition to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on expertise in Python plus ML/DL frameworks, NLP, LLMs, and RAG.
• Strong experience with LLMOps/MLOps, production deployment, and Git-based CI/CD workflows.
• Solid foundation in statistics, data engineering, and large-scale data processing.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms including Azure/AWS.
• Experience with AI agents, human-in-the-loop systems, and synthetic data techniques.
