Lead Devops Engineer- 6 to 10 Years

Overview

Lead DevOps Engineer role focused on building, automating, and optimizing cloud-native platforms for retirement technology solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS and automation tools.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, and related delivery technologies.
• Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS and OpenShift).
• Develop automation solutions using Python, Bash, and Shell scripting.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code provisioning using Terraform.
• Monitor platform health and reliability using Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, application, and deployment issues across distributed environments.

What you'll need

• Strong experience administering Linux systems and supporting enterprise networking environments.
• Hands-on experience designing and managing solutions in AWS cloud environments.
• Expertise building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, or comparable tools.
• Experience managing Docker containers and Kubernetes environments including EKS and OpenShift.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability practices using enterprise monitoring platforms.
