Overview
Lead the design, development and deployment of scalable AI-enabled full-stack applications for enterprise use. Serve as a technical leader within multidisciplinary teams delivering secure, reliable and production-ready solutions.
What you'll do
- Design and build scalable full-stack solutions using modern frameworks, cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices and AI technologies.
- Develop AI-enabled applications and user experiences for business workflows and enterprise solutions.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, instruments, data sources and operational systems.
- Apply software engineering, DevSecOps and observability practices to deliver secure and maintainable applications.
- Partner with product, architecture, platform, data and AI teams to deliver reusable production-grade capabilities.
What you'll need
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
- Hands-on experience with .NET/C#, Python, React, Angular, APIs, microservices and cloud services.
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, CI/CD and DevSecOps.
- Technical leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience building applications with RAG, agentic workflows, Enterprise Copilots, AI assistants or generative AI.
- Experience with data engineering, analytics platforms, cloud-native AI services and enterprise data ecosystems.
- Experience delivering software modernisation, digital transformation or large-scale application initiatives.
