Lead UX Researcher / User Experience / Usability Analytics- Remote, PST Time Zone

Overview

Lead UX research across web, mobile, in-store digital, and AI-enabled experiences. Partner with product, design, engineering, and leadership teams to turn research into strategy and actionable design recommendations.

What you'll do

• Lead high-impact research studies from planning through delivery.
• Conduct foundational research for product and design strategy.
• Analyze qualitative, quantitative, and behavioral research data.
• Translate findings into design recommendations and clear narratives.
• Evaluate AI experiences for usability, trust, transparency, and behavior.
• Mentor researchers and designers on methods and AI-enabled practices.
• Maintain accessible, reusable repositories of research insights.

What you'll need

• 5–8+ years of experience in UX research, product research, or a related role.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital product research across mobile and/or omnichannel experiences.
• Experience leading complex research initiatives influencing product and cross-functional strategy.
• Practical experience with research tools, AI-enabled workflows, or emerging methods.
• Ability to handle participant data, PII, model limitations, and AI-generated outputs responsibly.
• Experience communicating research insights to developers, executives, and other partners.
