Logistics Analyst

Overview

Logistics Analyst responsible for transportation reporting, analytics, tender/routing compliance analysis, and operational data support across logistics execution and financial support workflows.

What you'll do

• Own and improve recurring transportation reporting (e.g., DAS, Yard, Undelivered, Unplanned).
• Develop insights from truckload market data, network analysis, routing compliance, carrier performance, and cost drivers.
• Support annual business planning and transportation BID/RFP review with analysis and scenario support.
• Perform tender analysis and accessorial analysis to identify cost, compliance, and operational improvement opportunities.
• Support SAP TM/EWM reconciliation, data quality validation, and TM UAT/system project testing.
• Handle invoice corrections, credit memo verification, month-end accrual support, and freight pay liaison activities.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, operations analysis, freight pay, SAP TMS, or a related analytical role (preferred).
• Experience working in SAP TM/TMS, EWM, WMS, and/or Snowflake (preferred).
• Experience with Jira, carrier portals, and freight pay/invoice systems (preferred).
• Experience supporting transportation reporting, route/tender analysis, invoice issue resolution, carrier performance reporting, or operational analytics (preferred).
• Experience with cross-functional process improvement, UAT/system testing, and issue troubleshooting (preferred).

Details

• Role is based in a warehouse/distribution center environment, with periodic time on the warehouse floor or yard.
• Travel up to 5% as business needs require.
