Logistics Assistant II - Mixing

Overview

Logistics Assistant II - Mixing supports daily logistics for mixing production, including inventory control, shipment preparation, SAP transaction processing, and coordination with warehouses/plants and purchasing/quality functions.

What you'll do

• Assist daily logistical operations covering inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution.
• Organize raw materials for mixing production and maintain raw material inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and verify incoming and outgoing shipments and manage receiving/ship out records.
• Perform SAP goods receipts and goods issues (push to WIP) for materials and check descriptions/quantities/labels.
• Coordinate transfers and moves to PCT and Jungs, including yard-to-plant location transfers (push to WIP).
• Coordinate deliveries/returns to/from vendors and support cross-functional meetings and audits.
• Perform receiving-area walkthroughs and help ensure ESH procedures and policies are implemented and monitored.

What you'll need

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years related experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Adherence to standard practices, plant safety policies, plant policies, and Environmental policies.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery (with training provided).
• Use SAP for goods receipts and goods issues transactions.

Details

• May be placed on a shift that includes evenings and weekends.
• Non-climate controlled environment with temperature swings, forklift/pedestrian traffic, noise, and majority work in a high-heat environment.
