Logistics Specialist

Overview

Logistics Specialist focused on improving 3PL performance using KPIs and data, optimizing logistics costs, and supporting pallet operations and partner onboarding.

What you'll do

• Define and implement KPIs to track 3PL performance using existing dashboards.
• Monitor agreed KPIs, including IC sales performance, and provide data-based recommendations.
• Drive sustainability initiatives by identifying environmentally friendly transportation routes and implementing them with 3PL partners.
• Analyze and improve logistics cost structures, including maintaining and uploading rate tables in the Transport Management (TM) system.
• Manage pallet operations (including CHEP and IPP system monitoring), cost booking, and stock reconciliation.
• Provide logistics insights for network design by supporting simulation runs and scenario planning and evaluating regionalisation/expansion requests.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years’ experience or specialized qualification in logistics/supply chain management, ideally in FMCG.
• Proven experience in end-to-end process management, preferably in FMCG logistics operations.
• Strong critical thinking skills to challenge the status quo and propose improvements.
• Highly analytical and data-driven working style with large data sets to derive actionable insights.
• Ability to present results for key responsibilities to logistics management team.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience in SAP.

• Minimum disclosed salary: €2,392 gross per month (with additional market-oriented compensation stated).
