Maintenance Engineer-Mechanical (Maintenance Engineer-Mechanical)

Overview

Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) responsible for maintaining safety, reliability, and efficiency of a primary plant by executing approved maintenance plans within defined budgets and guidelines.

What you'll do

• Prepare the annual mechanical maintenance plan (PM plan and turnaround) for approval.
• Implement the approved maintenance plan and report non-compliances to the Maintenance In-charge.
• Prepare and submit monthly mechanical maintenance activity reports to Maintenance In-charge and CRT Functional Lead.
• Perform RCA for technical and safety incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Prepare the annual mechanical maintenance budget and manage timely purchases within expenditure control.
• Plan TAR activities and ensure timely availability of mechanical spares by managing procurement lists.
• Participate in quarterly maintenance audits and close audit non-conformities within defined time.

What you'll need

• Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience in industrial operations in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work on M.S. Office.
• Ability to handle technical tasks independently.
