Maintenance Supervisor - MEC

Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor leads maintenance technicians across assigned shifts and ensures preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance is executed to support equipment reliability and production continuity.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for technicians on assigned shifts.
• Ensure timely execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Prioritize maintenance work orders based on production requirements and equipment criticality.
• Monitor maintenance quality and verify completion and documentation of maintenance activities.
• Coordinate breakdown response and lead efforts to restore equipment availability safely and quickly.
• Support equipment troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and machine restart efforts.
• Conduct root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and coordinating repairs.
• Electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics knowledge.
• Familiarity with SAP-PM or CMMS (preferred).
• Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
