Manager of Applied AI Architecture, Enterprise Tech (Cyber)

Overview

Manager of the Applied AI Architect, Enterprise Tech (Cyber) team, driving adoption of frontier AI for cybersecurity vendors and customer partnerships.

What you'll do

• Lead and grow the Applied AI Architects, Enterprise Tech (Cyber) team with technical guidance and career development.
• Set goals and conduct reviews to promote team growth and output.
• Partner with top Enterprise Tech customers on AI adoption strategies, including use case scoping, technical champion building, and POC execution.
• Own the technical parts of pre-sales, delivering compelling demos and validating enterprise ROI from Anthropic products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to help enterprise partners incorporate AI-powered systems into their products and platforms.
• Represent Anthropic as a technical lead in important partnerships and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for executive sessions and technical workshops.

What you'll need

• At least 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role.
• At least 3+ years of technical go-to-market management experience managing pre-sales teams.
• Experience working with and selling to Digital Native focused customers.
• Experience with enterprise AI deployments, API integrations, and production LLM use cases.
• Familiarity with the architecture and operation of large language models and/or ML.
• Experience with prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and architecting AI-powered systems.
• Ability to communicate complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Details

• Location-based hybrid policy: expected to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.
