Manager, Shopper Marketing - Walmart

Overview

Own end-to-end development, execution, and optimization of Walmart Shopper Marketing and Retailtainment programs for Red Bull, translating brand strategy into in-store and retailer activations.

What you'll do

• Develop, execute, and optimize Walmart Shopper Marketing campaigns to meet customer, shopper, and brand objectives.
• Translate Red Bull brand strategies, assets, and initiatives into Shopper Marketing programs and activations.
• Lead briefing and development with internal teams and agency partners to ensure brand-standard creative and execution.
• Execute annual Retailtainment strategy and customer tour programs.
• Measure and evaluate program effectiveness using tracking tools, performance metrics, and consumer insights.
• Lead cross-functional planning and execution with Sales, Brand, Partnerships, and other stakeholders.
• Serve as primary point of contact for agencies, vendors, and execution partners, including performance management and issue resolution.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in a CPG environment.
• Strong project management, solution orientation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver on time.
• Ability to drive insights into action.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Fluent English.
• Field experience is a plus (Sales, Brand, or Shopper Marketing).
