Overview

Manager, Software Engineering for Agentic AI & Gen AI, leading AI/ML engineering execution and team growth.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI/ML engineers.
• Define and execute the roadmap for AI/ML projects tied to business objectives and product strategy.
• Architect and oversee scalable, production-grade AI systems on cloud platforms.
• Drive MLOps best practices including CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, and governance.
• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay current on LLMs and agentic AI to identify and implement new opportunities.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication for delivery.

What you'll need

• Experience leading AI/ML teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Deep expertise in time series forecasting and machine learning.
• Experience architecting and deploying production-grade AI systems on AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Solid understanding of MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and cloud-native architectures.
• Deep knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and conversational AI patterns.
• Experience with agentic frameworks and autonomous agent architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and modern software development practices including testing and code review.
