Overview

Marketing Associate role focused on supporting digital marketing projects across SEO, social, paid ads, content, and reporting. You’ll work 100% remote with senior marketers while being accountable for deliverables.

What you'll do

• Improve franchisee online presence through updates and campaign support.
• Support initiatives across SEO, social, paid ads, and content with detail and consistency.
• Research marketing trends, test ideas, and apply learnings to live projects.
• Assist with reporting, dashboards, and quality checks.
• Execute your own deliverables while learning from senior marketers.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of professional experience after graduation.
• Passion for marketing.
• Integrity, honesty, and discipline to finish tasks on time even while remote.
• Curiosity to keep researching, testing, and asking why.
• Clear, respectful, professional communication with teammates.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in SEO, social media, paid ads, content, or analytics.
