Marketing Intelligence Manager

Overview

The Marketing Intelligence Manager supports Sales and Marketing with market intelligence, customer insights, competitor analysis, and business analytics to enable strategic and commercial decisions.

What you'll do

• Analyse internal and external data to develop insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Translate market and customer performance data into periodic reports (e.g., market share, pricing trends, forecasts, sales efficiencies).
• Drive CRM system execution by training and coordinating key users, including CRM-based customer campaigns.
• Track pricing development and financial growth using SAP Business Warehouse.
• Maintain customer pricing in SAP and manage related commercial documentation.
• Monitor market information (imports, competitors, trends) and archive it into an internal data bank.
• Prepare commercial reports and management dashboards (e.g., sales performance, pricing analysis, rebates, profitability).

What you'll need

• Experience analysing internal and external data.
• Experience translating market and customer performance data into business reports.
• Knowledge of CRM system execution using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Working knowledge of SAP Business Warehouse.
• Experience managing customer contracts, distributor agreements, and commercial records.
• Experience maintaining master data for customers, pricing, payment terms, and products.

Details

• Coordinates between Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service for commercial operations.
• Conducts customer pricing updates, contract/distributor documentation, and commercial compliance.
