Overview

Marketing Lead for the Hematology franchise in Germany, responsible for maximizing product performance and delivering go-to-market strategy and commercial targets.

What you'll do

• Build hematology brand vision, image, and market awareness in line with business strategy.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for current products and upcoming hematology launches.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to create national brand plan and tactics.
• Create national brand communications, aligned messaging, and activity plans with stakeholders.
• Identify agencies, vendors, and technologies/tools to support tactic execution.
• Develop customer-centric promotional materials for field-force and general use.
• Support forecasting and brand budget planning and monitoring.

What you'll need

• More than 5 years of qualified and successful experience in commercial roles.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment.
• Specific knowledge and reliable networks in the hematology market.
• Solid hematology knowledge is mandatory; lymphoma knowledge/networks are desirable.
• Fluency in English and German (verbal and written) is required.
• Good English and contemporary computer skills (MS Office) are required.
• Strategic, success- and commercial-oriented thinking and working.

• Location: Germany (Remote).
• Travel: Approximately 25% of time.
• Salary range (Germany): EUR 105,600.00 to EUR 132,000.00.
