Overview

Marketing Strategy & Operations Management Consultant (Associate Manager) who translates leadership priorities into structured operating plans and leads complex, multi-workstream initiatives for enterprise tech clients.

What you'll do

• Translate leadership priorities into integrated operating plans, timelines, and success metrics.
• Lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives from planning through execution.
• Develop scopes, timelines, resourcing models, and delivery plans for work.
• Design, implement, and evolve operating models, workflows, and reporting frameworks.
• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, templates, and documentation for decision-making.
• Own performance tracking across initiatives, including OKRs, KPIs, and marketing success metrics.
• Lead responsible AI adoption across strategy and operations, embedding AI-enabled insights into workflows.

What you'll need

• Demonstrated experience in leading complex initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting client delivery and business development via scoping, planning, or proposal development.
• Must be fluent in AI, with proven success embedding AI-enabled insights into workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clarity and structure.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage overlapping priorities.
• Analytical and systems-minded approach to process improvement.
• Comfort building tables, slide decks, dashboards, and operational tools.

Details

• Location: Los Angeles Metro Area (Hybrid).
• Hybrid expectation: 2x a month in Sia offices and client sites as needed.
