Overview

Marketing Strategy & Operations Management Consultant who translates leadership priorities into operating plans and delivers complex, multi-workstream initiatives for enterprise tech clients.

What you'll do

• Translate leadership priorities into integrated operating plans, timelines, and success metrics.
• Own complex, multi-workstream initiatives from planning through execution.
• Develop scopes, timelines, resourcing models, and delivery plans.
• Design and evolve scalable operating models, workflows, and reporting frameworks.
• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, templates, and documentation to support decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and provide guidance to Associate Managers.
• Support client initiatives and contribute to pitch/proposal operational approaches.

What you'll need

• Marketing operations, program management, or strategy experience in a consulting, agency, or technology environment.
• Must be fluent in AI and embed AI-enabled insights into workflows with measurable improvements.
• Proven experience leading complex initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting client delivery and business development via scoping, planning, or proposal development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clarity and structure.
• High organization and attention to detail; ability to manage overlapping priorities.
