Master Data Analyst

Overview

Master Data Analyst responsible for hands-on master data management execution supporting lead-to-account resolution, account hygiene, and governance rule implementation.

What you'll do

• Develop, inspect, mine, transform, and model data for master data governance and lead-to-account resolution.
• Execute data pulls and compile datasets for rule validation, exception review, and quality monitoring.
• Manage exception queues by flagging records that cannot be auto-resolved for escalation.
• Implement and configure business rules in CRM/MDM systems as defined by the Master Data Lead.
• Perform data quality checks for account matching, merging, and creation.
• Maintain analytical systems and reporting to track match rates, duplicate volumes, and exception trends.
• Support end-to-end data processing using customized report building functions of systems.

What you'll need

• Working knowledge of data management concepts, data pulls, and transformations.
• Working knowledge of data quality checks.
• Proficiency in SQL/Databricks.
• Familiarity with SQL, Power Query, or similar data query tools.
• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting, dashboards, and data quality monitoring.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow documented processes and business rules consistently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or MDM platforms.
• Exposure to data quality or deduplication processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visio or process documentation tools.
• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or the healthcare industry.
