Musketeer - On Premise Specialist

Overview

Specialist role focused on On-Premise sales and marketing, building relationships with influencers and business partners, and driving strategies to grow Red Bull’s presence in local markets.

What you'll do

• Own On-Premise sales and marketing activities in your market.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers and business partners.
• Develop and deploy strategies and innovative tools to deliver sales pitches.
• Strengthen long-term professional relationships with established customers and create new alliances.
• Use sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for customers and Red Bull.
• Negotiate partnership agreements to build long-term relationships.
• Develop creative approaches to problem-solving and marketing for the On-Premise channel.

What you'll need

• At least 21 years of age.
• Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to navigate technical tools including iPhones and iPads, custom applications, and programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of sales processes to analyze sales and customer data and draw conclusions.
• Fluency in English (additional language skills are an advantage).

Details

• Base salary range: $63,600 - 94,500 + cash incentives.
• Open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
