National Sales Manager/Hydrotech

Overview

National Sales Manager for Sika’s Hydrotech Roofing Team, responsible for leading national sales and driving profitable growth in commercial roofing, waterproofing, and green roof systems.

What you'll do

• Lead the national sales organization and drive profitable growth.
• Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and revenue streams.
• Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with architectural firms, roofing contractors, distributors, and developers.
• Support national accounts, major projects, and specifications to ensure continuity and customer satisfaction.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in construction/building materials/commercial roofing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of waterproofing systems, green roofs, and sustainable building practices.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies in direct and indirect sales models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel nationwide up to 50%.
