.Net Full Stack Tech Lead

Overview

Lead enterprise application development and modernization as a .NET full-stack technical lead, providing architecture, design, and team leadership across backend, frontend, cloud, and DevOps technologies.

What you'll do

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Define application and component-level architecture and technical designs.
• Make technology and design decisions for scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
• Drive unit, integration, and automated functional testing.
• Lead defect root-cause analysis and improve code quality and security.
• Mentor developers, conduct code and design reviews, and resolve technical challenges.
• Identify AI-assisted opportunities for code generation, testing, reviews, documentation, defect analysis, and refactoring.

What you'll need

• 10–12+ years of experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, Web API, SQL Server, Azure, microservices, and DevOps.
• At least 3–4 years of technical leadership experience.
• Experience with C#, .NET, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, REST APIs, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Knowledge of clean architecture, distributed systems, API design, and integration patterns.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps or GitHub, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Key Vault, and Storage.
• Experience leading developer teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications in Agile/Scrum environments.
