Office Administrator

Overview

Office Administrator supporting regional administrative needs across General Sales, branch operations, HR, finance, and sales functions, including office operations, finance shared services support, HR documentation, and route accounting tasks.

What you'll do

• Manage office administrative activities including daily mail and FedEx/UPS deliveries and shipments.
• Order office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
• Support RBDC Finance Shared Services Center with daily route paperwork, payroll processing, and customer account inquiries.
• Perform Encompass Route Accounting System daily balancing and collect required route documentation.
• Consult HRBPs on questions related to key HR policies and procedures.
• Handle incoming office phone calls and direct them to the appropriate parties.
• Plan, coordinate, and organize meetings and events; code and obtain GM approval for operating expenses.

What you'll need

• Prior experience in customer service, human resources, office management, and accounting is preferred.
• Accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to set and handle multiple priorities.
• Exceptional time management skills and punctuality.
• English language proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
