Operations Specialist - HR Shared Services

Overview

Join the Human Resources Team in the HR Operations function, supporting the delivery of core transactional HR processes across global locations. The role requires strong attention to detail, a continuous improvement mindset and excellent collaboration skills in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do

• Conduct the full-cycle onboarding and offboarding process.
• Conduct employee lifecycle changes.
• Ensure qualitative data records management and proper management of contractual fields.
• Check onboarding and offboarding employees within HR and IT, ensuring access is granted or deactivated following start and end dates.
• Liaise with local HR teams across the globe regarding data management queries and clarifications.
• Liaise with candidates and hiring managers regarding the hiring process.
• Ensure company frameworks and approval processes are followed.
• Liaise with managers and employees on HR activities.
• Issue employment contracts following global and local requirements.
• Complete the background check process.
• Assist in letter generation for various HR processes.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties of the Global HR team.
• Support the delivery of other HR processes across various global locations.

What you'll need

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, International Relations or another relevant field.
• Previous experience within a similar HR role.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Attention to detail to ensure tasks are conducted at the highest standards.
• Highly organised with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.
