Operator

Overview

Operator responsible for fabricating and maintaining polyurethane molds and producing decorative concrete materials, supporting manufacturing through quality, safety compliance, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

• Follow safety protocols, including proper PPE use, and report hazards or incidents.
• Operate production machinery and fabrication tools per established procedures.
• Fabricate and maintain molds, prepare batches, and package materials to support schedules.
• Verify labels, weights, and batch specifications to ensure product accuracy.
• Submit samples for quality control and keep equipment clean to prevent contamination.
• Assist with general fabrication tasks such as woodworking and mold upkeep.
• Handle materials such as sand, cement, and pigments in varied environmental conditions.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must safely operate a forklift.
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs repeatedly.
• Preferred: experience in manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or production environments.
• Plus: strong woodworking skills.
• Plus: familiarity with chemical handling or product development.
• Highly valued: previous experience with decorative concrete products.
