Overview
Manage order management, inventory levels, and replenishment planning to meet customer days-on-hand targets and prevent stock-outs or overstock during product transitions for VMI customers.
What you'll do
- Manage SKU and distributor/customer inventory levels against established targets.
- Enter replenishment orders accurately and timely in SAP for the customer.
- Run stock transfer processes between customer ship-to locations.
- Monitor and adjust min/max inventory levels to meet days-on-hand goals.
- Coordinate inbound shipments with the 3PL provider for inventory deployment strategy.
- Communicate customer stocking levels and seasonal fluctuations to avoid stock-out risks.
- Create full truckload replenishment orders and optimize truckload utilization and case pick/cross dock efficiency.
What you'll need
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analytics, business intelligence, or operations research.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (demand planning, supply planning, order management, logistics, inventory management).
- Ability to design KPIs, build predictive models, and conduct statistical analysis tied to actionable insights.
- Advanced skills in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and Excel; Python or R preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or similar) and strong ERP/EDI exposure (SAP ERP and APO SNP; EDI is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field with undergraduate statistical analysis or engineering focus preferred.

- Base salary range is $69,600–$104,400 plus cash incentives.
- Position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
