Organization Architect Lead

Overview

Organization Architect Lead (individual contributor) to operationalize organization development frameworks into HR-usable tools, processes, and standards, supporting AI-driven workforce transformation at scale.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain enterprise workforce planning models to identify talent gaps and future capability needs.
• Partner with HR business partners and finance to align headcount plans with business strategy and growth projections.
• Build reporting mechanisms to provide leaders and HRBPs visibility into workforce composition, readiness, and risk.
• Support org design engagements including team restructuring, role clarification, and optimizing spans of control.
• Operationalize AI adoption practices within OD, including assessment frameworks, playbooks, and implementation guides.
• Facilitate training and coaching for HR business partners and people leaders on org design and workforce planning capability.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in organizational design, workforce planning, or organizational development in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Hands-on experience leading or executing org design projects, including spans of control analysis, role clarification, and team restructuring.
• Ability to build and operationalize frameworks, tools, and playbooks others can apply.
• Strong analytical skills with workforce data (e.g., headcount, attrition, capability) to produce recommendations.

Nice to have

• MBA or PhD in Organizational Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Experience operationalizing AI tools or AI-driven change within an HR or OD function.
• Experience in strategic management consulting.
