Overview

Partner Solutions Engineer in Cloudera’s Partner Sales Engineering team for France-Remote. You secure technical wins in sales opportunities and build partner relationships to help partners succeed with Cloudera technologies.

What you'll do

• Demonstrate Cloudera products to engage customers and drive positive sales outcomes.
• Design customer solutions using Cloudera technologies based on reference architectures and common patterns.
• Lead use case discovery workshops with customers or prospects.
• Partner with a Sales Account Manager to communicate the value of Cloudera solutions.
• Present product roadmap and vision to help customers plan bigger.
• Collaborate with other Cloudera teams to ensure a consistent “one Cloudera voice.”
• Advocate for customer needs to Product Management and Engineering.

What you'll need

• Fluency in one or more DevOps technologies: Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Git, Kubernetes, or Jenkins.
• Fluency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, Bash, or PowerShell, or SQL and database technologies.
• Understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud with hands-on experience deploying and managing solutions in cloud environments.
• Demonstrable experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Ability to learn and stay up to date on the Cloudera stack and understand added value for partners and customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
