People Operations Coordinator - Global

Overview

The People Operations Coordinator - Global provides seamless, high-quality employee experience across the employee lifecycle by handling inquiries, maintaining accurate HR data, and coordinating onboarding and offboarding.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary People Operations point of contact via Jira ticketing, email, and other sources.
• Deliver tier 1 People Team support including answering employee questions and handling intake tasks.
• Escalate tier 2 People Team support for complex issues to appropriate team members or partners.
• Process onboarding tasks such as HCM processing, new-hire data audits, and scheduling orientation sessions.
• Maintain integrity of company HCM and third-party systems through accurate, timely data processing.
• Coordinate offboarding tasks including HCM/third-party termination processing and communication with departing employees.
• Assist with compliance reporting and audits and maintain employee files for accuracy and compliance.

What you'll need

• 1-3+ years of HR administrative support experience.
• 1+ years of Workday HR experience.
• 1+ years of experience with a ticketing service tool (Jira preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for HR-related information.
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets; filters and vLookup/formulas are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to work independently.
