People Operations Partner

Overview

People Operations Partner role in India supporting the employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through exit, with compliant and employee-friendly HR processes.

What you'll do

• Support end-to-end onboarding from pre-boarding to post-joining follow-up.
• Coordinate onboarding with hiring managers, IT, payroll, and other stakeholders.
• Administer employee benefits, including annual enrollment and renewals.
• Manage leave administration for statutory and company leave policies.
• Maintain and update employee data in HRIS and support payroll with accurate inputs.
• Handle HR queries via ticketing systems and support audits/compliance checks.
• Support training sessions on onboarding, leave policies, and HR processes.

What you'll need

• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, HR generalist, or people operations roles.
• Experience supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory leave compliance.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Location mention: Nacharam, Hyderabad, Telangana; commute/relocate preferred.
• Night shift mentioned starting 5.30 pm onwards.
