People Products & AI Automation Lead

Overview

Lead People technology, HR ecosystem configuration, and AI-driven automation for the employee lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Manage and continuously configure core People technology systems with focus on HiBob and Greenhouse.
• Architect and scale HR automation and AI agent infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain People metrics and self-service dashboards for leadership and governance groups.
• Lead end-to-end integrations, enhancements, and new tool rollouts.
• Act as internal product owner by translating team needs into technical blueprints and prioritizing the backlog.
• Reduce operational friction by mapping pain points and automating onboarding/offboarding, compliance checks, and approvals.
• Establish and maintain data governance standards, including integrity, access controls, and audit trails.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS management, and People Operations.
• Hands-on administrative mastery of HiBob (must-have).
• Experience building workflow automations using low-code/no-code tools such as Workato, Zapier, n8n, or Power Automate (must-have).
• Direct experience executing custom integrations via REST APIs (must-have).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data cleanliness, and BI semantic layers (e.g., Power BI datasets, dbt) (must-have).
• Practical experience applying AI/LLMs to business processes with “human-in-the-loop” guardrails.
• Exceptional communication skills to explain technical frameworks to non-technical leaders.
