Overview

Finance intern for Accounts Payable to support the treasury team activities in Belo Horizonte.

What you’ll do

• Assist the treasury team with accounts receivable activities.
• Support customer collections (cobrança de clientes).
• Perform receipt reconciliation (conciliação dos recebimentos).
• Provide support and coordination with the field team.
• Assist with the company’s monthly invoicing (faturamento mensal).

What you’ll need

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Pacote Office).
• Intermediate Excel skills including PROCV/PROCX, pivot tables, filters, and basic formulas.
• Basic knowledge of financial processes (noções de processos financeiros).
• Knowledge of accounting.
• English knowledge (requerido).

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERPs.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Ease in learning systems and processes.
