Overview

Mandatory internship in Group Accounting (consolidated financial statements) with a focus on international reporting under IFRS, starting in October 2026 for 5–6 months.

What you'll do

• Support preparation, planning, and monitoring of activities for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
• Create analyses and queries independently
• Communicate with group subsidiaries internationally
• Help implement specific accounting topics into a group-wide standard
• Review and verify values in quarterly reports and communications
• Support documentation within group accounting
• Support accounting process optimization and digitization projects

What you'll need

• Be enrolled in business/economics or BWL studies (preferably shortly before thesis) with focus on accounting/consolidation
• Have basic experience in accounting (advantageous)
• Show affinity for system data extraction and settings
• Use MS Office confidently
• Have excellent German and English skills (spoken and written)
• Demonstrate analytical skills and a confident approach
