POS After Sales Specialist

Overview

Manage POS cooler repair after-sales support by handling customer requests, service tickets, and ticket/system accuracy across providers and distribution centers.

What you'll do

• Receive and respond to inbound call center requests for cooler repair support.
• Assign and dispatch service requests to authorized service providers or local distribution centers.
• Own the full lifecycle of service tickets from creation through resolution.
• Maintain Zendesk and other operational system updates and ensure timely ticket progress.
• Coordinate transfers of POS assets between distribution centers and manage spare-part orders.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate/reinforce SOPs with distributors and providers.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience managing service tickets or work orders in customer service or logistics.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Zendesk and/or service ticket management systems (Zendesk/ERP experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filtering, pivot tables, and basic report visualization.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Working knowledge of cold equipment or refrigeration units preferred.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
