Overview

Principal Industrial Engineer (Manufacturing Engineering) driving efficient manufacturing operations through capacity planning, facility layout optimization, process improvement, project management, and data-driven reporting.

What you'll do

• Drive short- and long-term capacity plans aligned to production forecasts and business growth.
• Analyze production, equipment, and workforce capabilities to identify constraints and utilization opportunities.
• Lead facility layout optimization and redesign initiatives for product introductions and expansions.
• Apply Lean and Industrial Engineering methods to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage industrial engineering projects, including tracking timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Analyze operational data and produce dashboards/reports to support decisions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in capacity planning and facility layout design.
• Strong knowledge of capacity analysis, OEE, line balancing, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, layout simulation tools, and data analysis software.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
