Principal Product Ops Analyst- Veeva Vault Clinical

Overview

Principal Product Ops Analyst is an experienced configuration specialist for the Veeva Vault platform and the Veeva Vault Clinical Suite (CTMS, eTMF, and Study StartUp), covering user interface, application functions, and system and business administration settings.

What you'll do

• Manage configuration changes for Syneos Health Unified Clinical Vault per agreed priority backlog items.
• Transform feedback from business users into suggested configuration changes, or explain why a request cannot be fulfilled.
• Collaborate across the Clinical IT teams with the Program Manager, Product Manager, IT Architects, and the Syneos Health Vault Clinical Implementation team.
• Complete Certified Vault Training and stay up to date, applying this knowledge daily to configuration work and change requests.
• Deliver product enhancements through the agreed backlog process so the platform follows best practices while evolving to meet business needs.
• Participate in impact assessment activities, reviewing proposed changes and ensuring impact is understood across all functions.
• Deliver solutions on GXP systems.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Computer Science or related field.
• Documented Veeva certification.
• Experience working in a GxP environment.
• Problem solving skills to solve business process issues.
• Ability to understand current configuration while looking to best practices for enhancements without impact to other objects or workflows.
• Written and verbal communication skills to communicate with business and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems with innovation and enthusiasm.
