Principal Software Engineer -(UI/Angular) - Digital Assets

Overview

Principal Software Engineer (Front-End, Angular) on the Digital Asset Management technology team, building the platform for tokenization and crypto products.

What you'll do

• Enforce engineering practices with all team members globally.
• Contribute to deliveries and releases of the Digital Asset Management platform and related components on AWS Cloud.
• Communicate effectively with other AM Tech application teams and adopt the IT Blueprint for application with upstream and downstream dependencies.
• Work alongside large multifunctional teams and promote engineering and Agile practices.
• Partner with the AM Architecture and Engineering teams to design and build end-to-end solutions on AWS Cloud.
• Partner with other key team members and AM teams to implement the strategic vision and execute the multi-year product roadmap.
• Help advance and support product, delivery and technical practices including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing within your team and across the organization, in partnership with delivery and engineering leads in Boston, Ireland, and India.
• Help the team manage priorities and provide technical expertise, direction and engineering excellence.
• Mentor and coach fellow squad members.

What you'll need

• BE/MCA.
• 12+ years of industry experience.
• Strong hands-on experience working on key initiatives and green-field engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering practices such as code review and branching patterns.
• Strong communication skills.
• AWS Cloud.
• Front-end application development using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, events and async processing, and WebSocket.
• Exploring UI interoperability tools Glue42 and Interop.io.
• Authentication frameworks.
• CI/CD pipelines.
• Testing tools such as Cypress and TestNG.
• ALM tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins and Git.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Blockchain, Java/J2EE and/or DB technologies.
• Experience in the Asset Management domain.
• AWS Certified Developer Associate / Architect Associate certification.

• Shift timings: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm.
