Procurement Manager

Overview

Procurement Manager responsible for developing and leading procurement and sourcing initiatives across assigned categories to drive cost savings, value creation, and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Develop, lead, and execute procurement and sourcing strategies for assigned categories, materials, and services.
• Deliver cost savings and value creation through strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, specification optimization, and demand management.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives from supplier selection and RFx through commercial negotiations, contract execution, and implementation.
• Manage supplier relationships to optimize performance, improve service levels, mitigate risk, and support long-term needs.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for supplier performance, delivery, quality, service, and commercial issues and lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs, scorecards, business reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze spend and procurement data to identify opportunities and support strategic recommendations.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or a related area.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies for assigned categories and services.
• Experience managing supplier relationships.
• Experience leading contract negotiations.
• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, contracts, supplier management, and supply chain operations.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business recommendations.
• Comfort working with systems and tools such as SAP, Ariba, ERP/MRP platforms, and Excel.

Details

• Base salary range: $92,000 to $138,000 plus cash incentives.
• Open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
