Product Expert – Clinical Data Management

Overview

Product Expert – Clinical Data Management will drive product communication and customer success for Veeva’s Clinical Data Management applications (Veeva EDC and Veeva DQS) while engaging with customers in India.

What you'll do

• Build and foster highly engaged users communities.
• Engage customers in multiple forums to communicate product information and drive education.
• Represent the Product organization in customer meetings, online communities, and industry events.
• Drive customer value through release education and promotion of product capabilities.
• Capture and relay customer needs and industry learnings to Product Management in the US.
• Collaborate with Veeva field teams to drive customer success, product excellence, and best practices.

What you'll need

• Life science industry experience within the Clinical Data domain.
• Experience with Veeva EDC and/or Veeva DQS applications.
• Passion for Clinical Data Management.
• Eagerness to collaborate with customers to drive their success.
