Job description
Overview
Product Expert – Clinical Data Management will drive product communication and customer success for Veeva’s Clinical Data Management applications (Veeva EDC and Veeva DQS) while engaging with customers in India.
What you'll do
- Build and foster highly engaged users communities.
- Engage customers in multiple forums to communicate product information and drive education.
- Represent the Product organization in customer meetings, online communities, and industry events.
- Drive customer value through release education and promotion of product capabilities.
- Capture and relay customer needs and industry learnings to Product Management in the US.
- Collaborate with Veeva field teams to drive customer success, product excellence, and best practices.
What you'll need
- Life science industry experience within the Clinical Data domain.
- Experience with Veeva EDC and/or Veeva DQS applications.
- Passion for Clinical Data Management.
- Eagerness to collaborate with customers to drive their success.
