Product Manager, Enterprise

Overview

Product Manager for Enterprise at Claude.ai, owning core enterprise platform capabilities that make Claude trustworthy and deployable for large organizations.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap for enterprise security features like audit logging, data retention, and access controls.
• Drive compliance certifications and feature development in partnership with security and legal teams.
• Develop enterprise admin experiences including user management, workspace controls, and policy enforcement.
• Define and execute core enterprise infrastructure such as deployment options, data residency, and integrations.
• Develop APIs and integration points for enterprise workflows and system connectivity.
• Partner with sales, customer success, security, legal, and research teams to translate requirements into product priorities.

What you'll need

• Strong understanding of enterprise security concepts including RBAC, audit logging, encryption, and data residency.
• Experience with compliance frameworks and certification processes (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Track record of shipping enterprise features that drive adoption in security-conscious organizations.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with sales teams and engaging directly with enterprise customers.

Details

• Annual compensation range: $305,000–$460,000 USD.
• Location-based hybrid policy: expected in offices at least 25% of the time.
