Product Manager IGT-S

Overview

Product Manager IGT-S supporting product planning, development, and lifecycle management with an AI focus to improve customer insight generation and data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

• Translate customer, market, and business needs into product requirements and roadmap recommendations.
• Support product roadmap development and business case creation using customer, market, and data-driven insights (including AI-enabled analysis tools).
• Contribute to product development and PDLM activities from concept through launch, sustaining engineering, and lifecycle management.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize customer, clinical, market, and field insights into actionable product requirements using analytics and AI-assisted tools.
• Work with cross-functional teams (R&D, Architecture, Clinical, Service, RA, Quality, commercial) to deliver products and support PDLM execution.
• Support product lifecycle activities such as feature enhancements, compatibility management, obsolescence planning, and customer-driven improvements.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in product management, marketing, strategy, or related leadership roles in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, including practical experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI technologies to solve customer problems and drive business outcomes.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or equivalent.

• Based in Bangalore; reports to the Director of Product Management.
