Overview

Product Marketing Associate, Rewards owns a product portfolio’s success across the full product marketing lifecycle, from discovery to launch, optimization, and iteration.

What you'll do

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative user data to surface patterns, friction points, and opportunities.
• Support and evolve Shopper Voice and Customer Advocacy research programs.
• Use AI tools to accelerate insight generation and sharpen inputs for growth strategy and marketing plans.
• Drive product marketing for a defined set of new and existing products across Discover/Validate through Optimize/Scale.
• Define product positioning and messaging grounded in behavioral data and user research.
• Develop and execute GTM plans across in-app surfaces, lifecycle messaging, and marketing channels.
• Monitor adoption and engagement post-launch to flag risks and identify iteration opportunities.

What you'll need

• 0–2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Consumer Research, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking with comfort working with qualitative feedback, behavioral data, and survey results.
• Clear and concise communication that turns complexity into sharp insights or recommendations.
• Curiosity about AI tools and eagerness to use them to work smarter.
• Ability to coordinate with Product Managers and Marketing Communications as primary partners.
