Product Marketing Associate, Rewards

Overview

Product Marketing Associate, Rewards to own a product portfolio and drive success across the full product marketing lifecycle, from discovery to iteration.

What you'll do

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative user data to find patterns, friction points, and opportunities across the product portfolio.
• Use AI tools to accelerate insight generation and improve inputs for growth strategy and marketing plans.
• Own product marketing for new and existing products across Discover & Validate, Shape & Plan, Launch & Learn, Optimize & Scale.
• Define positioning and messaging based on behavioral data and user research.
• Create and execute GTM plans across in-app surfaces, lifecycle messaging, and marketing channels.
• Monitor adoption and engagement post-launch, flag risks, and identify iteration opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Marketing Communications, and coordinate across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Marketing.

What you'll need

• 0–2 years of experience in product marketing, growth, consumer research, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking with comfort working with qualitative feedback and behavioral data/survey results.
• Ability to communicate clearly and turn complexity into sharp insights or recommendations.
• Curiosity about AI tools and eagerness to use them to work smarter.
