Job description
Overview
Product Operations Managers, Embedded, work inside core product teams to help launch products, close the loop with users, and run the team’s operating system while building Claude-powered tools.
What you'll do
What you'll need
- Have shipped Claude or other LLM-powered workflows, including writing/interating prompts and describing model behavior.
- Have direct experience managing evals, refining system prompts, and adapting harnesses to new models.
- Have direct experience working with Cloud providers in partnership or GTM capacity.
- Have commitment to safe deployment of AI.
Details
- Annual compensation range: $240,000–$260,000 USD.
- Work mode: location-based hybrid policy; expected in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.
- Education: minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/training/experience.
- Visa sponsorship: sponsors visas; reasonable efforts if offered.
