Product Support Specialist, Education Team (Full time, 1-year contract)

Overview

Provide technical support for Canva Education onboarding, focusing on SSO, domain verification, and integrations with Google and Microsoft backends for schools and government/state partnerships.

What you'll do

• Guide school systems and education departments through SSO setup, domain verification, and account provisioning.
• Support integrations with Google Workspace and Microsoft (Entra ID / Microsoft 365) backends and troubleshoot authentication/provisioning/directory-sync issues.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for state partnership rollouts across different authentication pathways.
• Diagnose and resolve onboarding blockers with school IT admins and district teams; escalate product issues to internal teams when needed.
• Create clear, localized setup guides and self-serve onboarding resources.
• Track common support issues and integration patterns and feed learnings back internally.
• Support training and enablement for administrators and master trainers on account setup and everyday troubleshooting.

What you'll need

• Experience supporting SSO and identity/access setups (SSO, SAML/OAuth, or related).
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 / Entra ID administration, including domain verification, provisioning, and directory sync.
• At least 3 years in technical support, implementation, or solutions roles.
• Comfort owning an integration issue until it is fixed.
• Clear communication in English and Hindi, in writing and on calls.
