Production Technician 1

Overview

Production Technician 1 supports plant operations through maintenance, safe equipment operation, quality support, and compliance with site HSE protocols.

What you'll do

• Perform general site upkeep including maintenance, housekeeping, and stocking.
• Operate forklifts to support plant operations.
• Assist with operating equipment and systems per site-specific activities.
• Support quality control and adherence to standards.
• Alert senior technicians and leadership about non-conformities or product/process variances.
• Maintain compliance with site HSE protocols and related policies.
• Keep accurate records for production documents.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work multiple shifts.
• Forklift certification within 90 days.
• Ability to perform manual labor tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 70 pounds.
• Basic understanding of standard procedures and safety programs.
