Production Technician 1

Overview

Production Technician 1 supports plant operations through maintenance, equipment assistance, forklift operation, and quality/safety compliance.

What you'll do

• Perform general site upkeep including maintenance, housekeeping, and stocking.
• Operate forklifts to support plant operations.
• Assist with operating equipment and systems per site-specific activities.
• Support quality control and adherence.
• Alert senior technicians and leadership about non-conformities or process variance.
• Maintain compliance with site HSE protocols and safety policies.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping of production documents.

What you'll need

• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Have 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Be able to work multiple shifts.
• Hold forklift certification (within 90 days).
• Be able to perform manual labor including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Be able to lift, push, pull up to 70 pounds.
• Have basic understanding of standard procedures and safety programs.
• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Be able to conduct inspections to help ensure product quality.
• Communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
