Production Technician

Overview

Production Technician responsible for operating site equipment and supporting production, data tracking, quality, HSE compliance, and routine maintenance.

What you'll do

• Operate equipment and systems according to site-specific activities.
• Drive forklifts, operate pallet wraps, and support conditioning, packaging, and treating systems.
• Assist with field activities such as planting, field observations, harvest, rouging, and detasseling, as needed.
• Support process order tracking and administrative procedures using data systems (SAP, SMMS, WMS).
• Maintain current metrics and production information on visual boards/data dashboards.
• Alert senior technicians and leadership when non-conformities or process variances occur.
• Perform routine maintenance and report malfunctions or repair needs promptly.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work multiple shifts.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 70 pounds and perform manual labor tasks.
• Accurate record-keeping of production documents.
• Knowledge of safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Basic knowledge of relevant production software (SCADA) and routine maintenance procedures.
