Overview
Production Technician responsible for operating site equipment and supporting production processes, tracking, maintenance, and compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards.
What you'll do
- Operate equipment and systems according to site-specific activities.
- Drive forklifts and operate pallet wraps.
- Support conditioning, packaging, and treating systems.
- Assist with planting, field observations, harvest activities, and data collection, and may support rouging and detasseling.
- Support process order tracking, administrative procedures, maintenance orders, and production information using data systems (SAP, SMMS, WMS).
- Maintain production metrics and information on visual boards or data dashboards for teamwork and data-driven decisions.
- Alert senior technicians and leadership when non-conformities or process variance occur, and perform routine maintenance while reporting malfunctions.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work multiple shifts.
- Ability to perform manual labor tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 70 pounds.
- Accurate record-keeping of production documents.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.

- Requires knowledge of routine maintenance procedures.
- Requires basic knowledge of relevant production software (SCADA).
- Adheres to company QA/QC standards and internal procedures, and supports compliance with applicable legal requirements.
