Job Description

Overview

Stagiaire program (2nd semester 2026) with practical training and close mentoring in Syngenta, supporting operational activities and management reporting in the business area.

What you'll do

Support operational activities of the area.
Provide support for managerial presentations.
Perform data analysis and indicator management.
Coordinate with different business fronts.
Participate in area projects.
Actively engage in the development journey.

What you'll need

Be available for an internship between 1.5 and 2 years.
Be enrolled in an undergraduate program, with graduation from June 2028 onward.
Study during the night period or in EAD format.
Have availability for 6 hours per day (8h–15h or 9h–16h).
Work with a collaborative, curious, courageous, and self-responsible profile.
Have intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Pacote Office intermediário).
Have intermediate English proficiency (Inglês intermediário).

Nice to have

Experience building presentations.
Conduct academic research or participate in student committees.
