Overview

Internship program (2nd semester 2026) supporting operational activities and business analysis at Syngenta in São Paulo.

What you'll do

• Support operational activities of the area.
• Assist in managerial presentation preparation.
• Perform data analysis and support KPI/indicator management.
• Coordinate with different business front departments.
• Participate in area projects.
• Actively engage in the development journey.

What you'll need

• Collaboration, curiosity, courage, and self-responsibility.
• Availability to intern for 1.5 to 2 years.
• Undergraduate degree in progress in listed fields.
• Graduation from December 2028 onward.
• Night schedule or EAD format availability.
• Availability for 6 hours per day of internship (8h–15h or 9h–16h).

Nice to have

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience building presentations.
• Academic research or participation in student committees.
